We compare what providers publish about cost, state coverage, pharmacy relationships, categories, and terms. We preserve dates and uncertainty alongside each fact.
What the score measures
The Transparency Score measures disclosure quality and freshness only. It does not measure medical quality, safety, effectiveness, outcomes, or treatment suitability. Sponsorship, affiliate status, popularity, and conversion are excluded.
What we do not collect
Comparison requires only the country and state where care will be received. We do not ask for diagnoses, symptoms, body metrics, medications, doses, treatment history, or peptide interests.
Unknown facts stay unknown
Missing, conflicting, stale, or disputed information is labeled and remains visible. We do not replace an unpublished fee with zero or infer a provider claim from a search result.
Source hierarchy and review
We prioritize regulator and government records, state licensing or pharmacy-board sources, official labeling, provider legal and pricing pages, pharmacy disclosures, and then independent reporting. A provider statement establishes what it claims; it does not automatically establish independent verification.
Monitors may identify changes, but a human review is required before a material public record changes. Corrections enter review and do not publish automatically.
